January 29th & January 30th saw an amazing 25 children demonstrate their awesome punching & kicking skills! The energy was high & the focus was tremendous as everybody performed to the best of their abilities. We hope everybody keeps up the great work! We are so proud of each of you!!

Let's hear it for our demo team who performed at the NJ Devils game tonight! What an amazing experience - everybody did a fantastic job. Tonight's demo team had students as young as 7 and ranged from green belts to black belts. They got the crowd hyped with their amazing breaking techniques. We can't wait for the next show!
